SPOC — Procure-to-Pay Cloud Solution

Developed SPOC from initial concept — a procure-to-pay platform for managing 6,000 suppliers, consolidating them to 2,000 and reducing procurement cycle times. The system streamlined processes for over 250 sites, with features including automated workflows, reporting suite, contract management, text marketing, jewellery repairs, and real-time tracking.
SPOC delivered $7 million in cost savings across The Warehouse Group and earned Sell2Cell the Non-Trade Supplier of the Year Award in 2011.

Indus Recruitment Database System (IRDS)

Developed a recruitment platform transforming Indus Recruitment's operations from a Microsoft Access database to a cloud-based solution supporting over 24,000 employees and 26,000 active users. The system's automation and efficiency enhancements saved 10% weekly and eliminated the need for an additional full-time staff member, enabling significant cost savings.
Features include applicant tracking, document management, candidate portals, real-time communication, and integrated time recording — built to support long-term operational growth.

Fingate — Loan Aggregation Platform

Developed a cloud-based loan aggregation platform integrating multiple lenders, consumers and internal staff with eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Magento and buy-now-pay-later providers. The system processed thousands of transactions, reduced onboarding times, and improved operational efficiency through seamless API integrations and real-time communication.

RADAR — Repairs & Maintenance Solution

Delivered a comprehensive cloud-based repairs and maintenance system for 837 users (contractors, clients, internal staff), integrating job workflows, task management, and contractor compliance monitoring. RADAR automated key processes, reduced staff hours by 10% weekly, and enhanced contractor accountability with real-time compliance alerts and auditing tools. SmartResponse — SMS Marketing Solution

Developed an in-house text marketing platform for high-volume messaging (inbound and outbound), providing customer notifications, promotional campaigns, multiple shortcodes, and real-time reporting and analytics.
