We Stick Around After Go-Live
Launch isn’t the finish line. Software only stays useful if someone watches, tidies, and loops back as the business changes.
Launch day feels like the finish line. Cake optional. Then the business changes — a new product line, a new manager, a regulation nobody saw coming — and the system that was “done” suddenly isn’t.
We’ve been around long enough to know: the shops that vanish after go-live leave you with software that slowly drifts away from how you work. The ones that stick around treat launch as the start of the useful bit.
What “sticking around” looks like
Watching how people actually use the thing. Tidying the sharp edges. Adding the report you didn’t know you needed until month three. Hooking in WhatsApp or a bit of AI later when the foundation’s solid — not on day one because it was trendy.
That’s why our approach is a cycle: discover, design, build, optimise, then back to discovery. Continuous improvement isn’t a poster on the wall. It’s how you keep software earning its keep.
Long relationships beat one-off dumps
Indus Recruitment is the clearest example we can point to in public — decades of platform work, then embedded AI when the timing was right. You don’t get that if every engagement is a project with a hard stop and a wave goodbye.
We’re Auckland-based. You can get hold of us. That’s not a slogan; it’s the point of NZ-owned delivery.
If you’re mid-rebuild fatigue
Maybe you’ve been burned by a vendor who shipped and disappeared. Fair. Ask the next partner what happens after week twelve. If the answer is vague, keep shopping.
We’re happy to talk about support, check-ins, and how we handle change requests — before anyone writes a line of code.
