About Sell2Cell
Who is Sell2Cell?
We’re a New Zealand-owned software company based in Auckland. We’ve been delivering since 2003 — custom cloud software, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, web and database systems, process optimisation, and practical AI where it earns its keep. The focus is real solutions that deliver real value, not hype.
Where are you based?
Auckland, New Zealand. When you get in touch, you talk to people who know the work — not a ticket queue overseas.
Who leads the company?
Brendan Brink is Founder & CEO. He’s a Salesforce Agentforce Specialist (and Admin), SnowPro Associate, and holds AI Foundations credentials. You can read more on our About page.
Do you only work with large enterprises?
No. We’ve worked with organisations of all sizes — from growing businesses that need a sharp website or first automation through to larger platforms like recruitment and facilities systems. Same care either way.
Software & services
What kind of software do you build?
Cloud systems shaped around how your business already works — operations hubs, staff or client portals, workflow tools, and the quieter engines that keep day-to-day work moving. We also design databases properly so reporting and integrations don’t fall apart later.
Can you help with SMS and WhatsApp?
Yes. We’ve run messaging platforms for years — high-volume SMS for alerts, reminders, and campaigns, plus WhatsApp Business wired into CRM, bookings, job systems, and portals. Automations handle the routine; your team takes over when judgement is needed.
Do you replace our spreadsheets and messy databases?
Often that’s exactly the job. We tidy duplicate entry, build web apps people actually use, and put sound data design underneath so you get a clearer picture — then add automation or AI only where the foundations support it.
What is process optimisation with Sell2Cell?
Before we write a line of code, we look at how work really flows — where time leaks, where handoffs stall, where people do the same thing twice. Then we design systems and automations that remove that friction, with people kept on the decisions that carry risk.
Do you stick around after go-live?
Yes. Our cycle is Discovery → Design → Build → Optimise, then back around as the business changes. We don’t vanish at launch — we watch, tidy, and improve.
Pricing & packages
What packages do you offer?
Are prices GST inclusive?
No — listed package prices are GST exclusive, as noted on the pricing page. Final scope is confirmed after a free discussion.
What’s included in AI usage on Starter and Growth?
Starter and Growth include a fair allowance for standard AI usage costs. If a workflow burns through a lot of model calls (high volume, big documents, heavy processing), usage above that allowance is billed separately on top of the monthly package — we’ll flag it up front if we can see it coming.
What if we need something bigger than a package?
Not every job fits a fixed package. Multi-process automation, voice agents, deep integrations, or a full custom app are scoped after a proper look at the work. We’ll give you a clear number once we’re happy with the shape of it — same people, same approach.
Is there a free chat before we commit?
Yes. Book a free 30-minute chat — straight talk, no pitch deck, no obligation. It’s the easiest way to see whether a package or a custom piece of work makes sense.
Working with us
How do projects usually start?
With discovery: what hurts, how work really flows, what you’re trying to get done. Then we design a plan you can see, build in steps with regular check-ins, and keep refining after launch.
I’m an existing client — how do I get support?
Email smart@sell2cell.co.nz or call 021 804 684, or use the contact form and mention you’re an existing client. Please don’t share passwords or sensitive production data in chat or forms — we’ll arrange a secure path if needed.
How do I get in touch?
Email smart@sell2cell.co.nz, call 021 804 684, use the contact form, or ask Selly (our website assistant) to point you to a free chat. We’re Auckland-based and aim to get back within a business day.
AI & automation
Also available as a dedicated AI FAQ page.
What is AI workflow automation?
It's letting AI handle the boring bits of a job — pulling details from a form, sorting messages, drafting a standard report — so your team doesn't have to. People still sign off on anything that matters. Less time lost to admin; the important calls stay with a human.
How is AI workflow automation different from connecting my systems?
Connecting systems moves data between apps so you stop typing it twice. AI automation does the reading, sorting, and drafting once that data is there. Integration is the pipework; automation is the work on top. We've built cloud and SMS systems for years — AI sits on that foundation.
Is this the same as a chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. Workflow automation runs in the background — reading an invoice, triaging an enquiry — often without anyone prompting it. A chatbot or voice agent can be one tool inside a workflow, not the whole thing.
What does human-in-the-loop mean?
It means a person reviews or approves the steps that carry real risk, while the AI handles the routine volume. Payments above a threshold, contractual replies, complaints — those should always have human sign-off. It's the most important safety choice in any automation, and we design for it from day one.
Will AI automation replace my staff?
For most businesses the aim is to free people from repetitive admin, not to cut headcount. Automation takes that grunt work off your team so they can spend more time on judgement, customers, and the work that needs a brain. It changes what people do — it doesn't replace them.
Is AI workflow automation safe for sensitive data?
It can be, if you set the rules properly. Clear decisions on approved tools, what data can move where, and who can access what keep things tidy. We write those boundaries down with you — not as an afterthought.
Which tasks should we automate first?
High-volume, repetitive work that follows a pattern: reading invoices and forms, routing enquiries, drafting routine replies, standard reports. Pick one process that frustrates your team, keep a person on the risky steps, measure the hours saved, then expand.
How much does AI automation cost?
It depends how many processes you automate. A sensible start is one high-volume process, then use the return to justify the next. Have a look at our packages — from $99/mo for a focused first feature on half-price special (usual $198/mo, GST exclusive) — or book a free chat and we'll talk numbers in plain English.
Do I need to connect all my systems before automating?
Often integration is the sensible first step, because workflows need clean data. Some simple document or email jobs can run without full integration. We'll be straight with you about which applies on the free call.
Can you integrate WhatsApp into our systems?
Yes. We wire WhatsApp into the solutions you already run — bookings, status updates, triage, reminders, and smart follow-ups — so conversations aren't stuck in a separate inbox. AI can help sort and draft; your team still takes over when it matters. We've done messaging platforms for years (including SMS), and WhatsApp sits alongside that when it's the better channel for the customer.
How does Sell2Cell help with AI?
We're an Auckland software company with 25 years of experience building systems that fit how businesses work. We design and implement AI solutions, automations, agents, voice agents, WhatsApp and SMS integrations — with the right human checks built in. Unlike IT-only shops, we also build the underlying cloud and messaging platforms, so AI sits on systems that already fit how you work. The focus is always real business value — and adapting as the technology moves on.
