SPOC is a cloud procure-to-pay platform Sell2Cell built for The Warehouse Group. It managed a large supplier base, ran across the store network, and covered the operational work around purchasing — not only the purchase order.

What it did
We built SPOC from the ground up — a procure-to-pay platform for managing 6,000 suppliers, consolidating them to 2,000 and cutting procurement cycle times. It ran across 250+ sites, with automated workflows, reporting, contract management, text marketing, jewellery repairs, and real-time tracking.

SPOC delivered $7 million in cost savings across The Warehouse Group and earned Sell2Cell the Non-Trade Supplier of the Year Award in 2011.
